P.S. On 5-6 February 2002 The Flame Retardants (FR) Conference will be held at London's Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre. It will deal with current issues regarding the fire properties of materials and finished products with special emphasis on flame retardants. The opening session brings together an expert on consumer fire safety, a manufacturer of electronic equipment, an environmental consultant, the WWF technical representative and a representative of the FR manufacturers in an open forum discussion. Other papers will address ecological matters, new product developments, novel applications and changes in assessment methods or regulations.
