P.S. Fact Finding Delegation The EPS Packaging Group is sending a fact-finding delegation to visit a fish box recycling plant in Germany. Karl Baumgarten of Bremerhaven has been successfully recycling fish boxes since 1997. The cleaning and converting process was developed with EPS Group member, BASF, who take back the cleaned crystal polystyrene and re-use it in polystyrene products. Going for Green The EPS Packaging Group has joined Going for Green's 'Forming Bonds' network. Forming Bonds aims to offer the public a 'one-stop-shop' information package demonstrating that organisations can work closely together, despite the differing roles they may play. Over 200 organisations are already members and the Group hopes to play an active part in the network and in Going For Green’s Waste Month in October.
