P.S. 2000 Horners award for plastics open to entries The Horners Award, the prestigious annual plastics award, is now open to entries from companies that excel in design or processing of plastics. Any product of outstanding design made mainly in plastics or any product that significantly advances a method of processing plastics is eligible for entry.Entrants must have a proven record of commercial success in the UK. Consideration is given to industrial significance through the imaginative and appropriate use of plastics.The deadline for entries is 7 June 2000 and the winner will be presented with the Award by the Rt. Hon. The Lord Mayor of London at the Annual Banquet of the Worshipful Company of Horners held at Mansion House in October.
